When we had just started our family home, I found it very difficult to create balance between my personal and professional life. One of my main focus points was therefore to consciously take steps to improve this.
Now, a year later, I can say that I am well on my way. I have been able to create so much more balance between my personal and professional life. And I partly have my coach to thank for that. Because I wish this for everyone, I thought it would be nice to share 10 ways I created more balance between my private and professional life. Who knows, maybe they will work for you too.
Learn to delegate
If you notice that you have too many tasks and cannot focus on the most important things, try delegating tasks to colleagues or family members.
Use technology
Use tools such as calendar apps, timers, and automatic replies to help you work more efficiently and save time. My husband and I, for example, use a shared calendar.
