A Donation of €422.20 from the Diaconie of the Reformed Church in Huizen

CommunityHome Homeostasis is slowly but surely growing. It’s wonderful to see how, over the years, the spaces have gradually filled and started to take on a life of their own. We’ve always been careful with the items we have, gradually adding new or second-hand pieces of good quality. Still, some things eventually wear out, and we notice that certain areas need just that little extra. New items are also needed for spaces like our soon-to-be-developed therapy room, the ongoing development of our work area for The Green Garden, and the creative space.

We are deeply grateful that the Diaconie of the Reformed Church in Huizen has donated €422.20 to us. It really touches me to see that people from our community think along with us and help CommunityHome Homeostasis continue to grow and flourish. It feels as if the community is standing beside us, saying, “We see you, we want to contribute.” Thanks to their support, we will soon be able to acquire everything we need and bring our spaces to life just as we have envisioned.

Once everything is set up and arranged, I will share an update here; photos, stories, a behind-the-scenes look at how everything comes to life. What strikes me most about all of this is that growing isn’t just about plans or ideas—it’s about building together. Step by step. With attention. With care.
